These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bc999 holds its international gaming licence. By registering, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that governing body for dispute resolution purposes.

Registering or attempting to maintain more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, CNIC, device fingerprint, or payment method — constitutes a serious breach. bc999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bc999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bc999 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account.
Age Verification: bc999 will request CNIC or other government-issued identification to verify age and identity. Any account where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and no withdrawals will be permitted until verification is successfully completed.
4.1 Account Currency. bc999 accounts for Pakistani members are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless an alternative currency has been specifically agreed in writing.
4.2 KYC Verification. bc999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before a withdrawal is processed. Standard KYC documentation includes a copy of the Member's CNIC (front and back) and a recent proof of address. bc999 may also request proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 Account Suspension. bc999 reserves the right to suspend or place temporary restrictions on any account while it investigates suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other potential breach of these Terms. During a suspension, the affected Member will not be able to place wagers or request withdrawals.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. bc999 may charge a monthly administration fee of PKR 100 against the balance of an inactive account after providing the Member with prior written notice to their registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
4.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your bc999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. Any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC completion.
bc999 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published on the Payments page of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to a Member's account within minutes of confirmation by the payment processor.
bc999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the Member's own name. bc999 reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

6.1 bc999 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Members from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are governed by the specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements as documented at the time of issue.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's account without replacement.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
6.5 Abuse Prevention. bc999 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on games with near-zero house edge with the intent of meeting wagering requirements at minimal risk, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotions.
6.6 Promotional Changes. bc999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. No promotional offer constitutes a legally binding obligation unless accepted by the Member and confirmed by bc999 in writing.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on bc999 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting slip. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. All games and betting markets carry minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the relevant interface. bc999 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game failure, or communication error during a game round or bet settlement, bc999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. In cases of clear and demonstrable system error that results in an incorrect payout, bc999 reserves the right to reclaim any amounts paid out in excess of the correct amount.
7.4 Sportsbook — Bet Settlement. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. Where a result is subject to appeal, review, or change, bc999 may delay settlement until a final, official determination is made.
7.5 Obvious Errors. bc999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of an obvious pricing error, human error, or technical glitch. Equally, any casino game payout resulting from a technical error that is clearly disproportionate to the stated return-to-player percentage may be adjusted or voided.

12.2 bc999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.3 bc999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability, for which bc999 accepts no liability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bc999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 bc999 may terminate or suspend a Member's account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of:

13.3 Termination of a Member's account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued as of the termination date.

15.4 Regulatory Escalation. If a Member remains dissatisfied following bc999's final decision, they may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under bc999's gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from bc999 support on request.
